  • Staining, fading or discoloration of tub/shell surfaces due to exposure or the use of harmful cleaning chemicals
  • Damage of plumbing parts due to obstruction in plumbing lines
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by improper installation and/or not meeting local and state requirements
  • Damage resulting from standing in the basin
  • Transport damage (freight), neglect, accident, natural disaster, misuse
